This Privacy Policy explains how Fiduciary Sports (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, do business with us, or receive business communications from us. We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in line with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) where they apply.
1. Who we are
Fiduciary Sports is an OEM and private-label sportswear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, supplying sportswear and apparel — including teamwear, track suits, fitness and activewear, casual wear and accessories — to brands, retailers, distributors, clubs and other businesses worldwide. For the purposes of data protection law, Fiduciary Sports is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
Address: Sialkot, Pakistan
Email: info@fiduciarysports.com
Website: https://fiduciarysports.com
2. Information we collect
Website visitors: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 10).
Enquiries and customers: name, job title, company name, business email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery and billing address, order details, product specifications, artwork and logos you provide, and the content of our communications.
Business contacts and prospective customers: name, job title, company name, business email address, business phone number, company website and publicly available professional profile information.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and our services are intended for businesses and organisations, not for children.
3. Where we obtain information
- Directly from you — when you contact us, request a quotation or sample, place an order, or communicate with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Automatically — when you use our website.
- From publicly available business sources — such as company websites, official club and league directories, public company registers (for example, Companies House) and professional networking profiles published for business purposes.
4. How we use information and our legal basis
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and samples, and fulfil orders — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract.
- To introduce our manufacturing services to relevant businesses — our legitimate interest in developing business relationships with organisations that may need sportswear, apparel or private-label manufacturing.
- To operate, secure and improve our website — our legitimate interests; and your consent where required for non-essential cookies.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records — compliance with legal obligations.
5. Business-to-business communications
We may contact businesses and organisations whose activities suggest a genuine interest in our products, using business contact details that are publicly available. Our messages are relevant, limited in number and always identify who we are.
Every message gives you a simple way to opt out. If you reply asking us not to contact you, or email info@fiduciarysports.com, we will stop immediately. We keep a minimal record of your business email address solely to make sure you are not contacted again.
6. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed with trusted service providers who act on our behalf, such as website hosting, email and email-verification services, couriers and freight forwarders, and payment providers. We may also disclose information where required by law.
7. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan, and personal information may be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal information from the UK or EU, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable data protection law.
8. How long we keep information
- Prospective customers: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship develops.
- Customers: for the duration of our business relationship and as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Opt-out records: kept for as long as needed to respect your request.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and we limit access to those who need it for business purposes.
10. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to function (for example, to keep items in an enquiry or shopping cart) and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- ask us to restrict how we use it;
- object to our use of it — including an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time;
- receive a copy of information you provided to us in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@fiduciarysports.com. We will respond within one month. If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
13. Contact us
